As the Global Chief Strategy Officer of McCann Worldgroup, Suzanne is responsible for the strategic development of the company and its clients across all brands, regions and agencies. This encompasses worldwide leadership of the strategic talent and resources that drive idea development for creative solutions across all platforms. Included in this is the Truth Central community, the global proprietary intelligence unit dedicated to discovering the macro level truths that drive new opportunities for our brands.
Under her leadership, McCann has been recognized as the world’s most creatively effective company, with No. 1 ranking in the global 2018 Effie Effectiveness Index as well as No. 1 individually in the regional Effie rankings for North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America and the Middle East North Africa.
Suzanne joined McCann in 2013 from Crispin Porter + Bogusky, where she served as Global Strategy Officer and led the global development of the agency, working across all CP+B offices and brands. Before joining CP+B, Suzanne led global brand strategy at TBWA for over 10 years, helping to develop the Disruption philosophy and practice worldwide.
A winner of multiple Effies, Lions, Obies, and Pencils, Suzanne has been an industry leader throughout her career, including as a frequent keynote speaker and awards show judge. She is past Chairperson of the AAAA’s Planning Committee and Conference Chair for its Account Planning Group. In 2016, she was recognized by Advertising Women of New York with its “Changing the Game” award as one of the industry’s “true catalysts of innovation.”
Most importantly, she’s the proud mom of teenage twin boys, which is like its own sociological experiment every day.
